Where are you located?

We are located in Clayton South, Melbourne.

 

Why is there a refundable Bond? 

A security bond is payable for all hire items at time of pick up. This bond is refundable upon the return of your hired items within 3 days from the date hired and in the same condition in which you hired them. The bond amount will be confirmed at the time of your booking and will be outlined individually on your invoice. 

 

 

 

Can i cancel my booking?

There will be no cancelations and refunds within 60 days prior to your event. 

Any cancellations over the 60 days prior to your event will be given 50% refund from your total hire amount and can not be used as a credit note.

 

How should i clean the items i hired?

Please note its the hirer responsibility to wash food servings before using it for any food purposes and return them clean.
Please use ONLY dishwashing liquids to wash the cake stands. 

For plinths please DO NOT spray anything on it as it will damage them. Just wipe them with wet cloth. 

 

 

I'm ready to hire! What to do next?

First, go to our contact page and email us your desired items and the date of your event. Once we receive your request, and the items are available for hire, we will send you an invoice. Then you’re all set. On the date of pick-up, you’ll need to pay the Bond. Bond will be given back only when the items are returned in the same condition as hired.
